Construction Update April 2023
Exciting progress on site.
Construction of Modèle Residences is progressing well on site, with the pile cap raft currently being installed. This signifies an exciting step in the process of laying the foundations and preparing for the ground floor slab.
The team at SKS look forward to continuing to share regular updates with you as the build progresses.
