Construction Update March 2023

As of late February 2023, construction officially commenced on site at 150 Robert Street.

We are excited to share that piling has commenced on site for Modèle Residences, which is the process of driving or boring pile foundations into the ground beneath the building’s footprint. These piles transfer loads from the structure to the ground, helping to support it. Once these earthworks are complete, works on site will be followed by the install of in-ground soak wells and footings to support the main works.

This progress on site marks the end of the WA Government Stamp Duty Rebate on all remaining apartments at Modèle, but exceptional value remains on each and every home.
