Construction Update, July 2024

In the last update, both the third and fourth-floor slab had been completed and pouring had begun on level 5 slab.

Since then, the building team have achieved topping out, marking a major milestone in the construction timeline.

Current works include internal walls and ceilings on Level 1, wall pouring on the rooftop, and wall framing in progress on Levels 2-4.

Upcoming tasks include painters scheduled to start within the next 1-2 weeks, and cabinet installers expected onsite in approximately 3 weeks.
