We are pleased to share that Modèle Residences is in its final stages of construction, with full project completion on track for the end of April, 2025.
The interiors of apartments on Levels 1–3 have now reached key completion milestones. Bathroom tiling is complete across these levels, with timber flooring installed in living areas and carpets finished in all bedrooms. Benchtops, lighting, sinks, ovens, and stovetops have been fully installed throughout, and the car park lining and bay markings have also been finalised. Letterboxes and apartment numbering are now in place as well.
What’s still in progress:
Cabinetry installation is continuing on the penthouse levels.
Final cleaning works are currently underway across the building, including all common areas and residences.
Minor defect rectifications are ongoing as we prepare for handover and welcome all Modèle buyers to their new homes very soon!
