Construction Update, May 2023

Forward works are almost complete

Construction onsite at the Modèle Residences is progressing well, with most of the forward works nearing completion.

Our team have also completed most of the ground floor piping work with the power and sewerage connections now finished.

The weather has caused some slight delays however we are currently preparing for the boundary walls to be up as our next phase of works.
